Just wondering if anyone else experiences this. It has happened twice. The second day of my period, I wake up early in the morning with pain like I am in labor. It is in my low back all the way around my abdomen, in my hips and thighs. It lasts for 3 hours (almost exactly) and then suddenly stops
Hello yes I am going through that as well. Its miserable! Just another wonderful symptom of peri Im afraid. I take ibuprofen and use a heating pad to relieve mine. Mine last for a couple of days though. Hope you feel better soon
Thanks Becky! That is exactly what I did. I don't think the ibuprofen helped. The heating pad helped a little. I thought it was strange how both times it lasted 3 hours and then poof gone.
I wish mine would poof lol!
