I'm on these tablets once a week for 6 months if my bloods are ok next I am on them for my skin eczema anyone else on them for this reason and if so when did you see them taking affect! I gave got to wait at least 4 weeks
I noticed an improvement in my skin after about 2 months.
They tell us that it can take up to 12 weeks before we notice any difference

Methotrexate may cause a severe rash that can be life-threatening. If you develop a rash, blisters or a fever, call your doctor or specialist nurse immediately.

I have a different skin condition from you and was on steroids for a couple of years before starting the MTX, then spent the 3rd year tapering and coming off the steroids but I needed them to start with.
