mid back pain at night only

I get a bad pain in my mid back at night only. I also get a shooting pain when trying to turn and a hard time breathing.. What could this be?

Have you tried sleeping on your left side?  It could be reflux.

Yes.....It doesnt help that much. The breathing thing scares me a little
