mild pain/discomfort in abdomen, discomfort in left testicle, what kind of doctor do I see?

Wasn't exactly sure how to classify this:

For the last couple days I've been having slight pain and pressure in my lower left abdomen area. I also have a discomfort in my left testicle. The level of discomfort/pain in both areas seems tied, like when one hurts more or less so does the other. 

This discomfort seems to alleviate when I pass gas/waste/urinate.

this pain hardly qualifies as pain, I would more describe it as extreme discomfort or pressure but its bothering me.

and I'm not sure if I'm imagining it but I believe It is causing mild erectile dysfunction, but that could be stemming directly from my discomfort.

Im just not 100% on how to get this checked out, help appreciated

Possibly a urologist or coloproctologist. It sounds like it could be related to your prostate though.

See your General/family doctor to start with who will examine you and attempt to diagnose you and suggest treatment.  He or she wiil refer to to an appropriate specialist for further investigations if necessary.
