Mini trampoline

Physio told me 2 buy a mini trampoline

Fantastic stand on 1 leg for 1 minutes 4 times then do the same but gently bouncing very good for co ordination and strength, little bit hard at first 2 balance but if u need 2 put your trampoline somewhere you can touch 2 get your balance £ 33.00 delivered Amazon 😀😀

The only thing even remotely close was from my PT. She had one of those half-Pilates ball to practice balance , one leg at a time with grips nearby. No bouncing! Me -crash boom- if I tried that. LOL!

Really??🤔🤔🤔 . I'll 🙏 For u. G forbid u fall off. I hope your not serious?? There are much better other ways to regain your balance. Me thinks your phisio is over the top and if your serious me thanks you need a new one. Take care!!!

Because you bounce on trampoline it's fine don't do it on land tho.I had 4 knees it is right
