Well thats a week, head still foggy, and now experiencing electric shock like feelings throughout my body.

Hello. The electric shocks - do you mean kind of jolts like muscles contracting involuntarily? I have had these kind of muscle spasms.
i have been taking this for 5 days and keep getting electric shocks through my head and face will this go
YES WEIRD ELECTRIC SHOCKS JUST TAKES TIME TO GET USED TO IT. BUT VERY SCARY!!!!
