Hello Every one,
i am 31 year old male i removed my gall bladder in 2010 because of gall bladder polyps-----actually polyp is to small but i read on internet the risk of cancer thats why i take a decission of surgery though my doc suggests follow up-----after gall bladder surgery they send my gallbladder for biopsy and the biopsy report its chronic----but there is no evidence of maligancy------after that i have on and off gas problem but it get worse in dec 2012 while i have panic attack i feel i almost pass out------my doctor say its because of stomach problem-----after that my life is a mystery i run to hospitals and begging doctors for doing tests------
My problem is that most of the time i have gas and also indigestion,burping,loose stool which make discomfort in my left chest----
Test i have done till now is : Blood tests for all of my body :03 times---- ultrasound :3 times in last 3 years last one i do is 2 years back------stool test : 02 times-------Urine test-------chest x rays 3 times----cbc test 02 times------------Endoscopy 1 year ago-------colonscopy 10 months ago------------as i have discomfort in left chest which make me worried so i have done 17 ecgs till now----------24 hours heart monitor ecg----------echo of heart 02 times-------------recently 2 weeks ago i have done Ct angiography of my heart was also clear
All the test which i mention is clear and didnot show any abnormality----but still now i am bloating i have visited more 25 different kind of doctors in which there is medical specialists,physcian,gastro doc,cardiologist-------mostly doc say that to me i have ibs and Gerd-----
i use colofac for almost 6 months,i use librax for 02 months,i use charcoal medicine for 3 months no thing really help me---------i use lanso prazole for 3 months,i use esmoprazole for 3 months,i use femitodine for 4 months-----
nothing help me i am tired of using medicine------
i am tired to explain it to doctors what i am passing through it make me anxiety patient---i use medicine now for my anxiety------still feel un comfortable and bloating which make my life a hell and mostly i have gas which make me feel un comfortable----------- is there any one who face a problem like that after gall bladder surgery---
what should i use that my gas problem will solved plz suggest some thing if some one knows
Gerd can cause a lot of your problems especially the left side pressure and anxiety. Did they find anything on the endoscopy?
nope Burner i m in Japan and here doc didnot seduce you while doing endoscopy----i still remember they will put some thing in my nose before doing endoscopy,and then give me some liquid to drink before endoscopy----while my doctor is doing endoscopy he say every thing is clear i was talking to him and he say every thing look normal then he say to me i wanna take some small porton from the stomach to check for h pylori and he take 2 samples from my stomach the result come negative for h pylori-------------while doctor is doing i didnot see the screen but my wife is looking and she say every thing look pinkish with no signs of any ulcers etc and also my doctor didnot mention any barretts etc to me---------------he say that endoscopy is normal dinot see any thing in endoscopy------------------my problem is bloating and indigestion which sucks

Hi i had my gallbladder removal 18 months ago have tightening pain across my ribs pain in back terrible bloating and gas can burp for hours on end so know how miserable it is x
Yeah i am going through it Linda---i have left side chest tightness palpitation of heart because of bloating and as well as i burp for hours some time days--------is it because of Gerd or is it because of low stomach acid---------------no one can understand and the doctor think i am crazy but i am not it effect the quality of my life when i have gas i didnot want to eat any thing its sucks to be very honest--------still thinking what should i do for this---have u find any thing which can give any relief from all of this
good luck, I hope they can figure it out. I had GERD real bad but had it surgically fixed. I have all the sympoms of a bad gall bladder but it tests good so I understand how it is to be so sick but be told nothing is wrong. Have you been tested for small intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) You have all of the symptoms?
YouTube has some great videos on what happens with the bile after our gallbladders are removed. I had all of your issues but am doing very well now, I eat pretty much what I want but smaller meals and I take ox bile supplements which is the number one most important thing I ever did, it's not a perfect solution and it's a lot of trial and error with dosage, I take 1-2 125 mg capsules with dinner, some people need to take with each meal, some need higher dose with each meal but I really urge you to do the research on ox bile and try it

You can purchase ox bile online through Amazon, I use Nutricology 125 mg. Read the reviews and research. I too had every test imaginable and they found nothing so they label it IBS which means they don't know. I kept researching on my own, I tried different medications, supplements, diets all of it but still felt miserable especially at night bloating, gas, pain in my chest, but after the ox bile no more gas, it's made a world of difference.
do you only take it with dinner? I still have my GB but have almost all of the symptoms of it being bad. Just curious
I mostly just take it with dinner but I will take it anytime if I am eating a higher fat content meal like red meat. Even though the ox bile works well there are still foods to avoid like high fat meats, fried foods, dairy etc. You say you still have your gallbladder? If you have a bad one and eat high fat foods the symptoms can be the same, pain in chest, bloating, have you had tests?
Thanks debsa yup let me check on amazon its 1:39 am and still now i didnot sleep i feel pain in my left side chest and burping alot now it make me neevous while having heart attack or what but myangiography is clear 2 weeks ago it relax my mind other then i think i call ro ambulance that i have a heart attack still feel pain in left chest and burping
Do you still have your gallbladder or have you had it removed and if so how long ago?
Removed it 7 years ago just see above i post the biopsy resport of my gb
The best thing I can suggest is that you take a good look at your diet and keep a food diary. You discussed all the medications you've taken, but you didn't indicate that you've tried diet modification. I suggest you start with the gallbladder diet that's on this site or the fodmap diet that's available on line. Eat small frequent meals. Usually it takes 3 days for what you eat to traverse your digestive tract.
Don't start taking supplements until you try to modify your diet and track the results. Best of luck to you.
Ya that's like me it's been almost 9 years. If you've been tested and they found nothing I would also do a low fat diet, eating smaller meals, don't eat late. Research fodmap diet but like I said I did every test, tried all kinds of prescription medications, dietary supplements and diets and the only true difference I had was with the bile but yes do the research yourself, you'll find it's safe, low side effects (too much) will give you diarrhea). If nothing else try it for a week, it doesn't cost a lot so what have you got to lose and you just might find your answer

Hi Debsa I did my cholecystectomy almost 3 years ago had so many symptoms that subsidised with time, and now recently my throat start burning chest pain I think esophagus is irritated gas bloating . I was eating everything, I know coffee is very acidic and fatty meals. now I have gerd symptoms. Taking a PPI still burns a bit. Do you think this all because of bad indisgestion because of lack of bile or there's probably too much bile causing reflux pain? Maybe I need a supplement to help too.
yup debsa today i go to medicine shop here in Japan and ask about ox bile supplement but its not available here and i search on amazon here in Japan its not available so i i buy it today on ebay i am ready to do any thing that i feel well--------its so scary and it s--ks alot every time fear of death and feel un well like full every time what i eat come up again---------yesterday night i have again pain in my chest and burping and feel dizzy and now to i feel pain in head and feel dizzy-----------i should try on it hope the medicine will arrived fast
