I too am boiling at night it's feels as through I'm being burned alive I even feel hot when I'm wearing nothing I don't know what to do I'm tired then in the day as I'm not getting enough to sleep at night due to me boiling
hi jillo - You & me both - do you find that these volcanic episodes only occur between 1:00 am to 6:00 am? last night i had two episodes, 1 @ 200 am & 1 @ 6 am - its horrible!
Sounds awful being so hot… just want to mention those ‘things’ like a scarf or handkerchief that you can put in the freezer and they stay cool for a few hours.. Could help..
I haven’t got a time frame for them just that they happen during the night usually just when you are falling asleep and I have tryed the gel pillow .it workseems for a while and then it gets warm due to your body temperature so I just sweat it out

Yes.. usually is the summer they sell them for runners or just when it’s hot..the one that I bought for spouse years ago-- I run it under wet and then it snaps to stay cool.. When kids were sick I used it for their forehead.
Search cooling scarfs or cooling towels… I read a review and one says she keeps it in the frig… IDK Do you gals have fans?
