Just looking for some adivce/reassurance. I missed to take my sertraline yesterday (I'm on 150mg) will I notice any effect? Has anyone else previously noticed anything if they have missed a day?

I’m on 50 mg and I personally missed a day and a half once and I had no problem. And I’ve missed a day about 3 weeks back and had no issues. You should be just fine!
Not from just missing it once you won't just carry on taking the rest at your normal time. Set an alarm on your mobile phone to help you remember to take it.
