Missed tablet

Hi

I was away last night and forgot to take my tablets with me, I usually take it at about 9pm. It's now lunchtime the day after do I take it now and then take my next one at usual time or miss it all together?

Hi. If you miss a dose of tablets you wait until next dose. You never take 2 to make up for missed dose. So just take your normal dose at 9pm tonight
