Mixed colour potty

Hello from last two months my potty is showing mixed color. In the starting it is dark brown then yellow. I feel chill. And cramp in my body. Doctor diagnosed with gastritisin antrum. I am facing erection problems also. My feet are always warm

Please guide me

Eat blandly, avoiding rich, fatty and spicy foods.  Eat little but often and try a food diary.  Ask for a PPI; your doctor should have prescribed one.
