i have the same issue... i don't know what to do to solve it. i suffered from hemorrhoids for 3 years, and frequent trombosis due to constipation. I eat healthy, lots of fiber, I exercise regularly bur still have hard poop at first then normal one. The hard part was the one creating all my disconfort and pain. I decided to do hemorrhoidectomy. Now I'm 3 months post op, the pain was excruciating ... but for the first 2 months I had the perfect stool!!! In the last 4 weeks my problem is back: hard stool at first, then normal... I'm worried that this problem is going to make my hemorrhoids come back and that I've been through all this suffering procedure for no purpose. When the doctore made the surgery he discovered that I also had an anal fissure.... Did you manage to solve this problem? I want to go to a nutritionist and maybe to do a colonoscopy just to be sure that is nothing more serious...
