Im haveing a issue also. The foreskin opening is swelling and also the head is red. Im not the type to go to the doctor. My wife is pregnant. But the few time weve tried to have sex it seems like the forskin in scretching too much. And when i pull the head back in the forskjn is swollen from the inside after sex. This has never happened in all my 31 years of living till the last fews to a month. Anyone has any ideal of what that is? Then itll be irritated for about a week
It's not clear what exactly is swelling. Can you fully retract your foreskin behind the coronal ridge? If not, then you might have phimosis, or possibly even paraphimosis. A pic would help.
Even if you're "not the type to go to a doctor", I'd definitely get it checked out. Just because you've been lucky enough not to need to see a doctor much doesn't mean that you're never going to have a medical issue. You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a local genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

It's possible to develop phimosis as an adult, especially if you have diabetes or have taken antibiotics recently, and if the glans (the head or "helmet" is redder than normal, you may have balanitis. Balanitis can be caused by thrush, which is more likely to develop thrush in pregnant women, so that could be a factor.
