I noticed that one of my moles on my neck became itchy lately. I saw that some sort of bump formed on a side of it, like a pimple but beneath the mole, at the same time the bubble is visible from outside. I hope this isn’t something serious and that everything is alright.

Its probably nothing but any change to a mole should be checked out by a professional. It could even have started as a reaction to the chain you are wearing.
If you are in UK see your GP.

It was also itchy yesterday. I removed my chain, I think it’s still changing. This is what it looks like now. (See attachment)
If its itchy and still changing then do get it checked out. If in UK see your GP. Otherwise you need a dermatologist.
