i dont think its warts i had a doctor look at it and all he told me was its not a big deal. didn't really give any answers. some are there for only a day or two. i am able to pop them which is why i don't think they are warts either. when i do pop them its like puss from a pimple.

All three photos show molluscum contagiosum (Google), which is a viral STD. I have annotated one of your photos to illustrate them. You can either see your doctor to get some treatment, but there are also treatments that you can purchase from a local pharmacist/drugstore or online- suggest you ask for or check availability of 10% potassium hydroxide.
You should get yourself and your partner screened for other STDs when lockdown restrictions are eased.
