Molluscum Contagiousum? Warts? Or Milia?

I saw one of these on my groin/upper thigh area about 2 months ago. I squeezed at it for almost a month and made something come out. The white material inside of it seemed to be "stuck" to me like it was attached to my skin. I managed to pull it away and it was gone. but then I started seeing more. they appear in the same general area. They are nearly impossible to pop. They look like little whiteheads. it'll look like they are starting to go down and then appear more prominent the next day.

I have HS (Hidradenitis supperativa) which causes me to avoid shaving so it couldn't be razor bulbs. They don't have an indentation in the middle like molluscum. They don't really look like warts to me and I can't think of a situation where I would have warts as I only have protected sex with my partner and I've ruled out other stds. I went to my gyno and she never said anything about them. I'm just not sure what could be going on. It was so random. I have been picking at them at that's why they look red and irritated. otherwise, they don't itch or hurt.

Hi, they do look like molluscum. Don’t try to pop them to prevent spreading. You should get a professional opinion to confirm and have them removed properly. MC can be transmitted anywhere.
