I noticed I I have this swollen vein and i started to google and turn out to be this mondor diseases. I dont feel any pain thought, I suspect this is due to my excessive masturbation. Is this something serious that I need to see a doctor or I just stop masturbating? Thanks.

Mondor’s disease is a condition characterized by thrombophlebitis of the superficial veins of the breast and anterior chest wall. Unless I am mistaken, the photo shows a penis.
I think what you have is a large penile lymphocele (lymphangitis obliterans penis) that has developed as a result of prolonged or frequent erections; i. e. from excessive masturbation. The treatment is to avoid masturbation for 1-2 weeks or until the swelling settles down.
