I had hoped I would only be back here again as a support to others, but unfortunately, I think I may be having a mono relapse after almost a year of being recovered. Last week I started feeling exhausted, achy, sick when I eat, losing weight, and having issues with dry eyes again - the exact same symptoms I had with mono and in the same pattern. I didn’t even realize I could have it reactivate after my symptoms went away… Has anyone else had issues with reactivation? Will it show up in blood tests again?

I have this from time to time and have since I recovered, it doesn’t last as long and I refer to it as my down days.
