Is it normal when in this phase to have period like pains, i have been having these for the last couple of days and headaches etc.
I do - but a period does not arrive - thank goodness - last period was last October, I am sure I have on here somewhere about what we are experiencing - faux periods?!
Hi. I believe cramps and headaches are normal at that time but if you are worried about it and it persists after your period maybe your doctor can advise you for further testing. I get the cramps uneasy feeling down there as a signal to my body telling me that it's coming. I sometimes have headaches as a signal too and goes away. If your symptoms don't go away then get them checked. Hope all is well and stay positive cause negative and worry thinking will make it worse. <3

yes i got the symptoms achey tum, etc... but only got the bad blasting headaches when a period was actually on its way and felt very sick too..
my last period was Aug 13 ( almost a year) and my god before that one I had migraines for four days solid... never had these previous years... only in the last two years before an actual period... i would have had the tum ache and thought oh ... but no period came ... havent had symptoms for the last 3 months either ...
