Dear Kris, I wish I knew the answers because I'm going through the same thing. Last Sat, I felt good now I'm back to these negative feelings. I'm envious of those who do not suffer from this. Have you tried hormone therapy, birth control or anything else?
How long have you been dealing with these symptoms? Mine started 3 yrs ago, and are worsening.
Hi
For about 5months now. I see you have been dealing with same sympom five yrs. How have you been dealing with the same issue?
Thanks for responding to my message.
No treatment yet!! I see doc September 22 can't wait! ! I'm just beside myself. I'm so glad found this website has helped some! ! I'm thinking about starting a support group in my little country! !
Hi Kris, you came to the right place.....we all feel the same way that you do. You are very normal, even if you dont feel normal. You will have some good days and some bad days. Its a rough ride. Make sure that you continue to come on this site because there are so many beautiful ladies on here that are very encouraging and sweet. Try to stay positive and relax as much as you can. I will be praying for you. Take care!
Well, the symtoms began late 2013. It wasnt until early 2015 that I was told I was perimenopausal but no questions were asked. It went in one ear and out the other thinking this only meant I prob couldn't conceive a baby. I continued my life thinking I was going nuts. Finally, I did the research, and went to my usual gyn for a PAP and told him what I was going through. A blood test again confirmed this. Hre prescribed me hrt but didn't start it last month fearing the side effects. I'm going to try it on day 16 as directed. I feel the symptoms started mild and have progressed. Maybe this means I'm almost at the end? Periods still monthly but sometimes a little early, never heavy though, thank God! Don't think I could take that too
Hi Becky. I felt great with the cream day one but back to the grind again. Many great revirws , but it was short lived. I guess it was too good to be true😣
Hi Colleen Im sorry that it didnt last long
Is it a cream....like you should add more or use more often for best results or do you just use so much with no adjustments. Does that make sense? Lol
Same daily. I think I need the entire bottle! Lol
Vitamin B6 may help you with your mood swings.

Hi
I'm a little worried about taking hrt because my mom took it made her feel really bad . Thanks for your in put . Just overwhelmed with the foggy feeling so frustrated! !
I was prescribed HRT and suppose to start next month. I didn't because I hear the same thing, but others are doing great with it. I have to try it
Lol we may all need an entire bottle lol! Your too funny!
Hello Iris and everybody, I totally understand what you are going through for me mood swings and anxiety have been a problem lately, I am new to this forum which has been very helpful to see that I am not crazy for feeling this way...mood swings, stress incontinence, boobs and waist playing the dissapearing game and tummy getting bigger, I don't recognize myself in the mirror anymore and I am only 46. I have been having this symptoms plus night sweats and hot flashes, dry skin and many more that are not that bad but still its like every cycle is different I have been having short periods, long periods, heavy periods, light periods etc. I wish this was over already!!!
Shame yes each one is different my sister is 51 an started hrt a month ago she feels like a new person.... I think it's trial an error the gynae did say new research shows using hrt for a short period during meno protects your heart an bones from osteoporosis
I'm in same boat Collen. I'm glad to read you're still having periods and tests showed you're in peri and doc prescribed HRT. I went to 5 different gynos and they all said no to HRT saying its for when my periods stopped and they all said to go on the pill. But I know from researching and reading on these boards that women get HRT in my situation too. So I was pressing one gyno on this and he needed to get to next patient and just gave me a prescription and didn't say anything and walked out the room. Thought he was coming back but never did. When I emailed him later to ask directions on how to take it like on what days he said to "do whatever you want it's an experiment anyway". So I haven't started it yet because I don't have support of any doctor but my symptoms were so bad this past month I'm gonna take them in a few days on day 9 or 10. I've read to take on day 14 or 15 but I think I ovulate earlier around 9-10. And I've read to take after ovulation. So basically on my own on this. If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it.
If I could use profanities to describe your last doctor, I would. I would call the pharmacy and maybe they can get an answer. Secondly, I would call you insurance co and file a complaint. If this jerk has a website, rate him and add a comment stating how professional he was!
Cin, I'm supposed to start taking the progesterone on day 16. The clock starts ticking the first day of your cycle
