Believe me marking 5 class sets of y8 exam papers is much more painful in every way -and I have had to sit for hours doing it so can't walk now grrrrr

I use my mobile phone alarm to remind me to get upand move or do excersizes at least once per hour. I just drop what ever I am doing and do them. Because this is the only way I know that is going to help me heal and get over this. Might be an idea to do the same. Grinding through that sort of work can make you forget. So make use of your phone.
Good idea, I still have 4more class sets to plough through!
