Hi, some mornings I wake up and feel the wooly headed confusion which happens when we wake, but it seems to go on for quite a while, even feel I can't form sentences properly. Anyone else?
I know that exact feeling! It happens even when I wake up from naps. I'll feel confused, I lose total track of time, and I feel floaty in the head. Well that last one is hard to explain lol nevertheless you're not alone! I can't always properly form sentences when that happens sometimes.
That sounds very familiar! My brain fog, forgetfulness and lack of speech co-ordination for me is definitely down to hormones! I thought I had depression and anxiety issues because of life issues and a tendency to overthink things. Having viewed Anxiety forums and Menopausal forums, I can see so many similarities - but I have come to the conclusion that, at 49, I have definitely entered the peri-menopause stage.
Myrissasauras - when you can't seem to string a whole sentence together, forget words or even whole phrases - isn't it scary! Sometimes I've feared I'm having some sort of a stroke - or a TIA...
It really is scary, it doesn't always happen just when I'm anxious, but it sure does bring it on!
My friend (and she is a good friend!) says you're talking scribble!! Lol x
I get that with my medication- at the moment I am always tired in the morning
