Mornings.

Hi can anyone relate to this.

I'm constantly waking up with a fast beating pulse and tingling hands every morning which seems to get better throughout the day.

Regards

Yes Ive been getting same thing. Idk what it is either😁 happened out of no where

Hi, Richard:  I'm sorry to hear that you are waking up with a fast heartbeat and tingling in your hands.  I have had that for many years, and the doctor finally put me on Metaprolol, which is a beta blocker to slow your heart rate down.  She gave me something like 26mg., but I cut them in half and just take a half one a day.  That made all the difference in the world in my panic attacks...Nothing will take those panic symptoms away forever, but this really helps...Beware of a slight side effect, however....It makes you kind of tired when you do simple tasks, but then, I'm pretty old anyway, so I get tired a lot...You might talk to your doctor about this because a fast heart rate over a prolonged time can cause mytral valve prolapse....I'm a retired paramedic...hope this helps, sweetie...Let me know, please....

Just visit a doctor and get yourself checked. He will clearly tell you about any problem or just anxiety. Although it sounds like anxiety but why worry yourself about it when doc can easily clear this up
