So it was earlier this morning that I awoke and it was Father's Day and everything was good cooked my father breakfast, actually a pretty much great day with little to no anxiety, then towards the afternoon or late after noon around 4 PM a I started getting this headache. It was not one of those headaches that hurts a lot of it was annoying because it's like throbbing/pulsating. So I went kayaking with my dad and I had moments where I felt nothing and I was care free, but then the headache just kept staying around and was worst because it was rough water and trying hard to patal with this headache. So I get home, take a hot shower, let the water go across my head and it felt so good no headache again, ate some good drunk some water. But now I am here in bed playing on my phone and this headache won't go away while I'm laying down but it's a bad throbbing headaches that I've never had before, and it comes the day after stressing out a lot about chest pains. I always have headaches that fire up my anxiety but usually they go away by the time I lay down and don't throb this hard (I think maybe I just haven't experienced it in awhile). Now here I am just had a minor panic attack but meningitis or a brain tumor. Help!
I also feel like I have a fever but then again my hands are cold.
Hi dejountem,
I dont think you have a brain tumor or meningitis
cold hand and feet are sign of meningitis, but the headache is severe and you wont be able to move, you will also have a rash that does not dissapear under a clear glass, the light will also hurt your eyes so looking at your phone probably would not be possible.
I certainly dont think you have a brain tumor, but if the headache persists it would be definitely worth checking with a doctor asap, but could be anything and most likely very minor, more than likely it will go in due course (day or less)
My freind had a headache a few days ago actually that lasted around 12-16 hours, we haven't been eating or drinking much lately so I would suggest getting some vitamins and sugar (glucose if possible for the brain) and making sure you are hydrated, take a lie down try and sleep it off and see how it is tomorrow, I am sure you will be fine.
Thanks for the tips headache is still here but very minor in fact I'm not sure if it's there or it's in my mind anymore, but I'm trying to keep hydrated.
