Mouth Ulcer, Stress and Anxiety?

Does anyone else get frequent ulcers when they are under stress and anxiety? I rarely have them but when I overthink things due to my health anxiety they appear out of nowhere

I personally never get them, but my friend has anxiety problems too and she would get them often

Its not just anxiety related, its when your run down and immunity is low.

I get them also, i have had them for years, being run down and stress can cause them.
