Movement troublesome since a few months" help anyone?

hey guys,

ive been having these strange symptoms since a couple of months and it is scaring the crap out of me, I cant 100 percent control my right arm it feels uncomfortable I use it differently and lifting a glass to my mouth is hard right now. The funny thing is it is only in my right arm not in my left. There is also some form of tremor in my biceps when I use it. The biceps shake noticably when I use it when used against gravity,

i have been to the neurologist but they didnt find anything. Please give me your Advice. I feel hopeless right now

Also the funny thing is the arm seeds to be fine in the mornings after i woke up, but using it a few times, it goes back to the state i was talking about,

I had something similar. I was diagnosed with essential tremors. Maybe get a opinion

The problem is really weird, when i flex my right arm it goes really fast, i cant almost regulate it weirdly enough, almost like I'm swinging my arms.

Do you have medication for it that is effective?
