MRI scheduled this week for possible silent stroke --- Yuvafem??

If MRI comes back with positive for silent stroke not sure what I will do yuvafem  keeps me mostly okay. SO what then go back to burning pain or norco? Really stressing

Is it vaginal yuvofem? In which case it’s efect should only be local. Systemic absorption is minimal.
