my child of 4 yrs is unable to stand or walk without falling what do I do?

You do not say whether this is a new or an old problem. Either way, when a child is involved, you should seek medical assistance as soon as possible.

I agree. I would go to your local hospital and ask to see neurologist

Is your child complaining about feeling sick or dizzy? It could be labyrinthtitus it's an inner ear infection which can effect balance and coordination. Symptoms described are vertigo (room spinning) and can have severe nausea. Either way, skip the gp as they will probably advise you to go to hospital.but please ask to see a neurologist
