Mucus with no stool (crohn’s)

I’m 23 & got diagnosed with crohn’s disease a year ago iv being on and of with treatments / pains & tonight since about a hour/ hour and half ago iv had tightning and popping feeling and pains in lower stomach and loads of mucus with no stool, could anyone help please? I’m worried and confused sad and got back pain at bottom

I can relate to why your going through I’m 35 and have experienced exactly the same.

I got diagnosed with Crohns 2 years ago and at the height of my troubles and worst flare ups I could go to the loo a dozen times a day with no stools passing just pure mucas, I know it’s worrying and frightening but with the right treatment of you will get through it !!

I had my last flare up in August 2017 and I am currently in remission with no drugs and with the right treatment it will get better !!!!

Is discharge normal? Mines brown and foul smelling. ( sorry)
