about a week ago some of these little ulcer things started popping up on my penis, at first there was only 3, then 10, now atleast 30+. I have swollen lymph nodes and it is itchy when touched but otherwise no other symptoms, ive been having unprotected sex with my partner for 7 months and never had any problems until how. i had a little bit of dry skin from dermatitis and then this started showing up, any help would be great thanks
they are also always scabbed unless getting out of the shower which is when these photos were taken

You need to do your sti test. This doesn’t look normal you need to treat it urgently, seems like you may have genital herpes.
You need to get a visual check by a medical professional ASP

yes, she has type 1 orally and she has started working out and drinking protein shakes which had arganine in it which is known to cause outbreaks, she mentioned to me that she had a little bump on her inner lip but we didnt think anything of it and we assume thats where it came from. she also had alot of razer burn/pimples in her genital area so it could also have come from that but she hasnt been diagnosed down there
