Murmur heard in neck

I’ve never had any cardiac or heart issues but I was having a medical last week  for a driving assessment when the doctor told me I had a murmur when listening to my neck. Then checked my heart and said it was fine. 

Does this mean the murmur is not a concern? Should it be something I keep in mind for future

This should cause you no concern. Lots of us are walking around with murmurs and not aware of it like yourself before your check. It should cause you no problems.
