Muscle pain

No nothing went wrong I'm beginning to think his over cautious

I had osteoarthritis, do you know if anyone got fluid on their knee 9 weeks post op?

Oh Maggi,

don't wait until your next appointment with this surgeon .... how can you live in fear like this for another 10 months ...

Something is not right - perhaps a misunderstanding -

swollen knee and leg are normal, even at 9 weeks post-op ... you mentioned your  daily exercise routine and that might be way too much and strenuous for now  -

slow down Maggi, you move too fast ... go back to basics - when it hurts, stop !!

there is NO GAIN IN having PAIN in recovering from hip replacement surgery ...

tjis is not power training, body building or training for the marathon --- this is a healing process where muscles, tendons, bone, joints etc. need to be repaired - your body is doing that, so please allow her to do her job - she is screaming at you right now , now listen ...

Angel blessings sweetheart -

I had that feeling of sitting on a cricket ball. Last week after almost 8 months, it was gone! What a welcome surprise that was. I'll bet yours will do the same! Good luck and know that it will go away.
