Muscle soreness legs neck and shoulder bloated anxiety does this ?

hello im not sure if this is a thing but can anxiety cause muscle soreness and trouble sleeping. ive also had an allergy issue thats making me feel crappy and i think this could be compounding the problem as well and making me feel kind of crappy. ive had anxiety before but i dont feel like i have been worrying about anything recently and yet the physical stuff is manifesting it seems like and actually causing me to worry i feel like my entire body is tense which leads me to have the sore muscles amd when i finallu do relax im sore wverybwere and feel exhausted as if i have been working out all day. is this something anyone else deals with appreciate any feedback thanks everyone.

I deal with it on a daily basis

i feel it big time in my shoulders and like in my hamstring/butt area like muscles are just sore sometimes it goes away but then it comes back. i always feel like something is wrong.

Hi Tom, Even if it isn’t completely obvious, in your THOUGHTS, it is kind of stressful time right now for many people & you can be having stress & anxiety…that IS obvious by the way you FEEL & So having anxiety can cause you to feel tired, mess up your sleeping…it is hard on your whole body, it gets everything working, tense etc…Allergies can also do a number & make you feel, like you said …crappy !! So if you can try to relax, use hot packs,/hot shower, massage, do mild stretching, go for a walk, swim, bike ride, hiking, gardening…do hobbies & things you enjoy…ANYTHING..this gives you stress release and keeps your brain busy, exercise, relaxing can help with sleep…your allergies…do you know what they are? If its seasonal there are anti-histamines (always ask a DR if you have medical issues or take ANY meds, there can be side effects, even alone) but, that are non-drowsy, you can try really low-dose…otherwise avoidance is the best, wear a mask, long sleeves/pants for outside allergies…any new foods, scents, soaps, meds…etc…it might help to write down a daily journal to see if you can find common things that can be allergens…if after trying a few things if you aren’t getting any relief, it may be time to consult your DR, to see if something is going on & see what they advise…you can bring your journal to show what’s been going on, write your symptoms, duration & things tried…maybe some of these things can help, let me know if I can do anything else, Good Luck & BEST WISHES:wedding::rainbow::peace_symbol::infinity::paw_prints::musical_notes:
