Yes that is normal. Your nervous system is in overdrive. It's horrible but not dangerous. When you anxiety calms down your body will return to its natural resting place. Deep breathing, relaxing meditations from YouTube can all help. Sorry you are experiencing this it's awful.

Sadly this happens. I get weird ones too. My acupuncturist said everyone holds the anxiety somewhere in the body. The energys build up in the muscle, tenses, and can soams, twich or feel like a buzzing sensation (tiny tiny soasms) it can be very mind bending at times, in wetsern medicines it anatomy and physiology but in traditional chinese medicines it more about meridians and energy paths. Anxious people tend to have blocked energies, build up energy paths and stagnant energy. Interesting way to see how the body works, really made sense when it was explained to me. Maybe more sense then western explainations when they start showing you how it all works, but both say to drink more water to aid in the resiliency of the muscles and both say use self calming stuff amd massage. I also do magnessium foot soaks to help it out. But i do find it maddening here and there myself,

Has anyone mentioned restless legs syndrome?

I've had almost all test down, I've been going doctors and hospitals every week for past 6 month and nothing has been found, I need to try and cope and deal with the sunrooms instead of thinking the worse, I've had 3 GP's and even one said he's 101% sure it's anxiety
