Hello, does anyone have any tips or food ideas that will strengthen the arm and leg muscles. I've been experiencing severe weakness making it difficult for me to do anything, so was wondering if i need more carbohydrates or certain minerals that will help? Thank you for the advice
Hi, It would be helpful to know your age, weight and hight before giving any advise, we all developed differently. Has this loss of strength/stamina suddenly arrived, perhaps after an illness? Or come about after an accident or fall.
