After some advice pleas as this is really getting me down now.
I am struggling with ridiculous amounts of muscle tension. The heatwave is freaking my anxiety out as the heat is mimicking anxiety symptoms. I am dizzy, inner shaking, sweating, headaches and just feel ill all day.
The thing bothering me the most, and what is most noticeable to other people is that I can stand very long, especially on the spot.
The tension in my calves, balls of feet, thighs and neck / shoulders make it feel as though I am just been pulled to the floor. My body just feels like a lead weight. I have a bad tension headache which I just can't shift either.
I am fine walking, but as soon as I stop I get this sensation flooding in of dizziness, shakes, sweats and just very heavy feeling as though someone is pressing down on my shoulders. It's absolutely horrible, especially when queing up or something. This then triggers my panic attack and what was a simple check out, turns me into a shaking mess at the end as I am fighting this stupid internal battle.
It's strange. I am currently taking no medication.
No amounts of exercise (cycling, swimming, yoga, walking, running) has helped and this problem has been getting worse. I have tried deep tissue massagers and heat pads but they provide little releif. As soon as I sleep, I am bad to square one on waking.
I have had it for about 8 months now ![]()
