Hi! I am 19 years old and for the past five years i have been experiencing these vibration movements in my muscles (however only during movements). For example, when i move my arms up and down, my shoulder trembles. when i move my head up and down, you could feel my neck muscles vibrate almost. i have been to 2 doctors who have showed no concern however i have not had an MRI done. there is no pain, and i have no tremor while at rest but it scares me so badly! i have always suffered with hypochondria which my doctors know about and so i assume that they automatically think im nuts!! i have looked up every possible cause and it has really done nothing but scare me even more as i automatically assume the worst. does anyone have any idea about what this could be?
