My 10 year old son has had diarreah for 3 days.....

This has happened before.......my son has had explosive diarreah for 3 days......with some mild tummy cramps.......he doesnt seem unwell like as if he has a bug or anything.Hes just acting normal.

Not sure what triggered it, doest it sound like an allergie or something??

My best is advice is to keep a food dairy of what your son eats and go from there. Make sure he's drinking plenty of clear liquids as well.

Try a food diary to identify any problem foods,  Has he eaten anything that he wiuldn't normally eat?
