My anal is red dry and itchy no blisters around it and no pain I am going to the bathroom help

it doesnt hurt but it does itch and it feels really dry and it looks a bit cracked its red and swollen and i been going number 2 everyday sometimes more then 3 times per day im scared it might be herpes
