My anxiety

I've had anxiety for as long as I can remember. This summer, I felt mostly fine. Once school started, I started having breathing problems, and on Thursday night I couldn't sleep, which led to a panic attack. I decided not to go to school the next day, but went anyways. I felt fine, until Sunday. I feel like I developed a fear of forgetting this, every time I think about the past few days and realize I can't remember something, I start feeling depressed, or feeling extremely anxious. I spent the next three days getting very little sleep. It's been a week and a half now and I constantly feel depressed due to this. I started writing down everything i remember from the past two weeks, but it only makes me feel more anxious. I can't concentrate in school and obsess over writing down any little detail I remember because I feel I will forget them otherwise. I don't know what to do.

It will be alright, how long have you been in school for? And I will give you the advice to see your gp about your anxiety but that is probably not what you are here for, me telling you to go elsewhere. So let's try to figure this out.

The best advice I can give is you talk to your GP. All that is happening is you are not addressing your Anxiety and the best way for that is a treatment plan, that will help you relax.

Do you have a school Social Team that could help you ?

You are in a problem where medications could cause more problems with your education and that would be pointless. Some CBT may help as they may be able to help you control your anxiety, your GP can help regarding this.

Do you know the reasons why you are feeling the way you do ?

School started on August 3rd so 3 weeks.

Ok, by the way it is completly normal to forget some stuff. Can you imagine how crowded your mind would be if you remembered every little thing? Now, is this a completly new thing? Like did anything like this happen last year or the years before that? And if you don't mind me asking what grade are you in?
