Im a 21 year old man, and balanitis has ruined my life. It started one and a half year ago. I started so see some smegma, but i didnt treat it because it wasnt annoying me to bad. I started being red and swollen, and thats when i went to the doctor, he told me it was just fungal and i just needed some antifungal creme, this helped short term, but after a while i came again, ive been to the doctor 7 times over the 1.5 years ive been dealing with this, seen 5 dermatologist, and they have prescripted protopic Tacrolimus and betnovate, and countless antifungel creams... noting seems to work... im making a appointment with a urologist. This is destroying my selfasteem and my life.. if anyone out there know anything please help me! ofc i already rinse with warm water avoid any soap etc, im spending all my freetime reserching it... its taking over my life, i deprately need help
i would suggest first getting yourself in to nature and community, find a way to get in to a situation where you are not filling your head with worried every moment and get other stimulus.
as far as treatment i dont know wht to suggest.
maybe go a a trip to sit in hot springs for a month
yea ill do that, but would nice with some successtories
