How long has it been there? I know it's embarrassing mate but I think you should check with the doc. It's probably just hormones from you going through puberty causing an issue. But it's not worth the risk with that area! Talk to your dad (I apologize if he is not around) about making a doc appointment, make it yourself if possible or tell someone it's a guy issue. You just need your mind put to rest
I only noticed it about 3 days ago as it started to hurt when pressure was put on it, this was after I masturbated

It's so much easier going to see the Dr than to really worry about what's wrong! Sometimes our imagination gets us carried away and scares the pants right off you, right?
