For past three weeks approximately I have been dealing with my balls itching and burning like crazy. This all started when I went to dermatologist as I had some weird viral rash on my torso that eventually went away. Dr put me on antibiotics and gave me steroidal creams to deal with it. So soon after my balls started to itch like crazy and the burning sensation felt like being poked by a cattle prod or hot poker when I walked from the redness. The Derm Dr seems to think its not an STD but that I have burning ball syndrome and I have been on Doxycycline for last three weeks. The itching and burning is driving me crazy and thinking the worst.
Please someone help..
some stds like chlamydia can cause testicle pain infection in the ducts on the testicle can cause swelling and pain or aching doxycycline is used to treat it have u noticed any discharge from the end of the penis white cloudy or even clear a dribble occasionally iv just done a corse of doxycycline and didnt even have chlamydia had to take them for two weeks an all
burning is often felt in the urethra with stds and not the testicles
itchy burning balls can also be sign of a fungal skin infection
also 3 weeks is a long time to b on doxycycline i was only on them for two and that was for pelvic inflammatory disease id be leaning more towards that its not an std as it would have cleared up by now of u are still having symptoms after3 weeks of doxycycline then its not an std
doctors sometimes get it wrong u ideally need to go back
did the itching andnstart after being on the doxycycline because if it did it could be a yeast infection i got one 2 weeks after taking doxycycline and my lady parts were in fire i could hardly walk
