My body always feels weird when I come home

I dont know what it is but it seems like every time i come home, my body just feels strange. I often feel nauseous, unmotivated, a sense of dread and I have strong headaches which is not normal for me. I feel out of my body and i really just don't feel at home. I feel like a stranger to my own family and i often grow irritated with them because they get irritated with me Sometimes I find myself responding defensively to them even when they aren't coming at me. For whatever reason I can't seem to get myself out of this slump and I really only feel it most strongly at home. I don't know why. Please help

sorry this is happening to you. Do you normally suffer from anxiety and or depression? Do you normally have good relation ships with your family members? Has anything happened recently that could be the cause of all of this?
its easier to deal with things sometimes when we are away from home and being distracted by other things. When we get home, sometimes we have to face things that we don’t want to think about or deal with, and then we can develop symptoms such as you were getting.
Not sure what’s going on with you but that’s why I asked if there was anything going on at home that you don’t like to deal with.
Seems like you have some Derealization going on which is often a part of anxiety and or depression. that’s when you feel out of body. You say you are unmotivated. I’m feeling as though you may have both anxiety and depression which often go hand-in-hand. anxiety and depression can cause symptoms such as nausea, headaches, sense of dread or negative thoughts, etc.
When was the last time you had a complete physical check up by your doctor? That would be the first best step. That way you can get some peace of mind. when everything checks out OK, then the thing that is left is anxiety and depression. Speaking with a counselor can definitely help you manage all of this. If you’re clinically depressed then you can talk to your doctor about medication.
Hang in there! There are lots of resources out there for this type of a thing. I’ve been through this for a very long time and finally started to feel better when I got some support. Start with a check up and a counselor or therapist. And then they can Direct you from there and provide other resources. Take care!
