i keep having muscle twitching on my foot, or hand, and eye. im scared if its a seizure, please someone tell me what it could be?, i also have health anxiety
Hey zainab, sounds like involuntary twitching to me. Probably harmless
I think if it were seizures, you'd know about it or rather someone else would tell you about it as maybe you wouldn't be aware you were having one. I had a friend who had epilepsy but I didn't find that out until after she had a fit right in front of me! She didn't mention it beforehand and if I'm honest- I was terifyied as I wasn't expecting her to throw her tea up the wall. I didn't know what to do to help or didn't understand it. But now I do. It is not a seizure. If you hold your muscles too tight, they eventually react by twitching. Why a twitch in an eye, I don't know. They just happen. It will not hurt you.
I twitch all the time! Mainly when I'm tired and it's my eyelids or legs. Nothing to worry about 🙂
