My boyfriend and I both had our first outbreak at the same time. I have been having them ever since (about 5 months) ALL the time. We just had anal sex for the first time and I am worried about the sores spreading to my anus because mine are very painful (he can't even feel his). Can anal sex cause the sores to move to the anus? Or are we okay since we're both infected already?

You're both infected in the whole genital region (including the anus) already, and should have antibodies to protect against getting it elsewhere (i.e., non-genital sites).
