You should schedule an appointment with an ENT doctor. I am not sure what this could be, but a doctor will know what test to perform to rule out and/or confirm what it could possibly be. They will get down to the bottom of it.

Have you seen the GP for it? 7 months + the previous 3 years for it to be like this is quite a long time, Usually we get these bumps when you have a sore throat or infection as such, but when that’s gone and u drink lots of water, the bumps usually go away.
