Have the eyes examined by an opthalmologist.

see an optomotrist as this is not really normal. It could be the start of a visual impairment.

she has been seen by an optician which didn't confirm nothing

An optician can only prescribe glasses. Only a certified opthalmologist can give a comprehensive exam.

I don't think this is normal at all for anxiety and depressiom and I suffer from both. Some drugs can cause blurred vision but not dark I think.
