I was raped about 3 weeks ago and diagnosed with BV, but a week later i started noticing very thick clumps of vaginal discharge when i go to the toilet, its usually white and with a slight yellow tint, some times pink, odor-less, very clumpy and stringy, itchy and slightly stings when i go to the toilet. i want to know if this is just BV and to order more medication for it or if its something that requires me seeing a gp asap

I’m very sorry that you have experienced that. It looks like a yeast infection. Metronidazole for 1-2 weeks might be prescribed by your doctor once you get checked.
