My ear is clicking, should i see a doctor?

My left ear is clicking for about a week now. İt kinda sounds like water droplets. It's not constant or maybe I'm not able to hear it all the time I dunno. I told my neurologist about it as I have some muscle symptoms. Should I see a doctor about this?
